Her eyes appear blind — yet in the Norse tradition, blindness of the physical eye often signals a deeper, supernatural sight. She does not look outward at the world; she looks inward at everything that has ever been. The rendering is at once regal and intimate, capturing a being of immense power who carries her wisdom with perfect stillness.

Design – Reverse

The reverse features the Germania Mint double-headed eagle, here entwined by the great roots of Yggdrasil and surrounded by golden threads of fate. Not all of the threads are intact — some are broken, a deliberate and poignant detail: a reminder that while the past shapes destiny, it does not imprison it. The threads can break.
