When will I receive my order?

For most of our valued customers, your exquisite purchase will begin to be shipped (6) six business days after you have placed an order. We do this to prevent fraud. However, if you’re a returning customer, we may reduce the wait time and process it sooner (after payment clearing), reflecting our commitment to exceptional service and your continued loyalty.

  • ACH Payments (5-6 business days until released to warehouse for shipment)
  • Credit Card / Debit Card (5 business days until released to warehouse for shipment)
  • Wire transfer (3 business day)

Example:

You place an order on the 1st (Monday) via ACH, 5th being Friday, 6th Saturday, 7th Sunday, and 8th Monday. We will send to warehouse your order on the 9th of that month (6 business days) to begin packing your order for it to ship.

Note: Fedex-2 day is the speed at which your package arrives after it is shipped from warehouse, it is not to be confused as time it will take to process your order.

Is free shipping available?

Yes, any purchase of over $299.99 will get you free shipping. We understand you want the most bang for your buck!

Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?

Certainly! You can easily check the availability of your desired product directly on the product page. The status will be clearly displayed, indicating whether the item is in stock, or marked as “Sold Out.” This ensures you’re always informed and can secure your purchase with confidence.

What are your return policies?

We offer a 2-business-day exchange window from the moment your item(s) is received. Please note, a $35 restocking fee or 5% of the total order value (whichever is greater) will apply. Summit Metals reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to deny an exchange. Our policies ensure that each return is handled with the utmost care and consideration, reflecting the exclusivity of our offerings.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability to Summit Metals for any market loss incurred by us, along with a cancellation fee of $25. You are fully responsible for any and all fees and costs associated with Summit Metals’ efforts to collect from you. Any market gains on sales orders will remain the property of Summit Metals. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time and for any reason. All future orders will be on hold until all outstanding market loss and cancellation fee balances are settled in full.

Is your bullion real?

Absolutely. As an authorized bullion dealer, we adhere to rigorous Federal laws to bring you only the finest gold and silver. Rest assured, our precious metals are 100% genuine, delivering both value and peace of mind with every purchase.

How do you authenticate metals?

An excellent question. Every piece of gold and silver we offer undergoes a sophisticated and rigorous testing process. This includes electromagnetic, soundwave, and X-ray testing, which allows us to precisely verify the metal’s composition, distinguishing between 22k, 24k, and any potential fakes. Is express shipping available?

Yes, express shipping is available for your convenience. For just $9.99, you can enjoy 2-day shipping via FedEx (once payment has cleared). We highly recommend taking advantage of this service to ensure your precious metals arrive swiftly and securely.

Do you offer any discounts?

All our products are already priced at the best possible rates, with pre-discounted pricing available regardless of quantity. Please note, however, that purchases made using debit or credit cards will incur an additional fee compared to payments made via ACH/ECheck. We apply a 4% discount if paying via ACH/ECheck. This ensures we maintain the exceptional value we offer across all payment methods.

Do you ship outside the USA?
