After years of traveling through boundless seas and uncharted territories, Germania enters a magical realm hidden deep within an ancient forest, embraces her fate, and is crowned as the Germanic Queen.
It is a culmination seven years in the making. And as any good story knows, a coronation is not an ending — it is the beginning of what comes next.
Design – Obverse
Designed by Natalia Danysz, the 2026 obverse is the most regal rendering of Germania the series has produced. She sits on her throne as ruler of these lands — in one hand a sword, symbol of strength and readiness to defend; in the other a shield, representing protection and sovereignty. Her head bears a royal crown, replacing the laurel wreath that marked her in earlier issues as a victor in the field. The distinction matters: this is no longer a warrior celebrating triumph. This is a queen. Flanking her are two black ravens — Odin's emissaries, keepers of secrets and embodiments of wisdom — their presence linking her rule to something older and deeper than any single conquest.
Design – Reverse
The reverse remains the anchor of the series: the Germania Mint double-headed eagle, rendered with the precision and symmetry that has defined every issue since 2019. A symbol of strength, independence, and the enduring heritage of the Germania series, it provides continuity across every variant and year — the constant against which each new obverse tells its chapter of the story.
