When will I receive my order?

For security reasons we take 5-6 business days to process your payment. [Saterday/Sunday does not count as a business day]

However, if you’re a repeat returning customer, we may reduce the wait time and process it sooner (after payment clearing), reflecting our commitment to exceptional service and your continued loyalty.

Example:

You place an order on the 1st (Monday) via ACH, 5th being Friday, 6th Saturday, 7th Sunday, and 8th Monday. We will send to warehouse your order on the 9th of that month (6 business days) to begin packing your order for it to ship.

Note: Fedex-2 day is the speed at which your package arrives after it is shipped from warehouse, it is not to be confused as time it will take to process your order.

In the event of a cancellation, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability to Summit Metals for any market loss incurred by us, along with a cancellation fee of 5%. You are fully responsible for any and all fees and costs associated with Summit Metals’ efforts to collect from you. Any market gains on sales orders will remain the property of Summit Metals. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time and for any reason.
